Description:
We are looking for an experienced Greek accountant / company formation expert to assist with the establishment of a new IKE company in Greece for a non-resident founder.
Current status:
• Greek AFM and TAXISnet already obtained
• Virtual office need.
• Company will be established through e-ΥΜΣ
• Lean startup structure initially
• Tourism / aviation brokerage related activities
We require assistance with:
• IKE company incorporation
• Selection of correct KAD activity codes
• VAT & myDATA guidance
• Basic accounting and tax setup
• Ongoing bookkeeping proposal
• Guidance regarding EFKA obligations for non-resident owner
Requirements:
• Experience with foreign/non-resident founders
• English communication preferred
• Experience with e-ΥΜΣ incorporation
• Ability to work remotely
