Freelancer Client is hiring: Hotel Front Desk Assistant.

Location: Remote

I’m looking for a dependable front-desk assistant who can take full ownership of guest check-in and check-out. You’ll greet arrivals, verify IDs, issue keys, process payments, and make sure every departure is just as smooth as arrival by closing folios and arranging transport when needed.

Fluent English is essential, as you’ll be the first point of contact for questions, last-minute requests, and occasional phone or email follow-ups. If you already feel comfortable navigating a typical property-management system, great—if not, a quick learner with solid computer skills will still fit right in.

You’ll coordinate closely with me and the on-site team, logging each interaction accurately so that housekeeping, maintenance, and accounting stay in sync. Reliability, warm communication, and an eye for detail will be the keys to success.

Deliverable: a consistently seamless check-in/out experience for every guest, captured in our daily handover log.
