I’m looking for someone to take full ownership of our outbound messaging on Instagram and TikTok. You’ll start by crafting concise, on-brand scripts for each stage of the conversation—initial cold touch, follow-ups, qualification, objection handling, and the hand-off to me once a lead is ready for a call or purchase.
What you'll do:
• Send a set number of new DMs and follow-ups on both platforms.
• Respond promptly to incoming replies, keeping tone friendly and consistent with the voice you establish in the scripts.
• Qualify prospects by asking the right questions, recording their pain points, and tagging them in our simple spreadsheet/CRM.
• Handle basic objections; anything complex you’ll flag for me immediately.
• Keep meticulous notes so we always know conversation status and next action.
• Results matter more than clock-watching, so you can manage your own schedule as long as daily outreach and response targets are met. If you consistently book qualified calls or close low-ticket sales, I’m ready to expand hours and commission structures so this can grow into a full-time income stream.
