We are seeking a Senior Developer with extensive experience in the Bitrix24 platform and Twilio infrastructure to execute Phase 1 of our automated customer service system for a real estate agency.
The objective of this phase is to structure the CRM, optimize workflows, and integrate a single corporate number via Twilio that manages traditional telephony, SMS, and the official WhatsApp Business API (WABA).
Scope of Work (Phase 1):
1. Bitrix24 Optimization and Automation:
◦ Configuration and cleanup of the sales funnel (Leads, Deals, Contacts).
◦ Creation of automation rules (triggers and actions) based on customer behavior and stage changes within the CRM.
2. Telephony Integration with Twilio:
◦ Configuration of a Twilio number within Bitrix24 to make and receive calls directly from the CRM.
◦ Implementation using Elastic SIP Trunking to ensure call recording and system scalability.
3. Official WhatsApp Business (WABA) and SMS Integration via Twilio:
◦ Configuration of the official WhatsApp Business API (Cloud API) within the Twilio console, connected to Bitrix24.
◦ Connection to the Bitrix24 CRM Marketing module to enable the secure, bulk sending of Meta-approved WhatsApp templates and SMS campaigns.
◦ Enabling the multi-agent feature so that our advisors can engage in two-way chat directly from the Bitrix24 dashboard using the official line.
Critical Scalability Requirement (for the future Phase 2):
The Twilio architecture and Bitrix24 webhooks must be structured in a clean, open, and native manner (via REST API). The use of closed applications or third-party patches from the marketplace that limit code control will not be accepted.
In Phase 2, this same Twilio number and infrastructure will be connected to external Artificial Intelligence agents for voice (Retell AI) and chat (Botpress). The work delivered in this Phase 1 must leave the "pipeline" ready and open to receive these connections without requiring any restructuring of the CRM.
