I’m looking for a web developer who can translate our premium brand into a clean, modern website whose main purpose is to showcase property listings. The look and feel must be unmistakably luxury and high-end, with polished typography, generous white space, and an effortless user journey from the homepage through to each individual property.
Requirements:
• Home Page: A high-impact landing zone featuring your brand's value proposition, a stunning hero image or video of a flagship project, and clear calls-to-action (CTAs) to view properties or contact your team.
• Portfolio/Projects Page: List and showcase your projects, allowing visitors to filter by key criteria like project type (e.g., residential, commercial, mixed-use), status (e.g., completed, under construction), or location. Provide details like total units, project status, key dates, and downloadable brochures.
• Individual Project Pages: Dedicated pages for each project. Feature high-resolution photos, video walkthroughs, floor plans, 3D tours, and a detailed narrative about the project's journey and value creation.
• About Us: Sharing our company's story, mission, and the team behind the success.
• Contact Us: A secure, user-friendly form with clear contact details. Integrate with a CRM to streamline lead capture and management
• must be easy management to add / delete / edit video , pictures , text link it to YouTube
• must have multi lingual ( English , Spanish , German etc.)

Key functionality I need from day one:
• Detailed property pages that let me present floor plans, image galleries, specs, pricing, and downloadable brochures.
• An interactive map on the listings page so visitors can explore locations visually instead of scrolling through text.
• A straightforward way for my in-house team to upload and reorder video content alongside photos—ideally through a CMS interface that doesn’t require coding know-how.
Everything should be fully responsive, load quickly, and integrate well with common lead-capture forms so we can add those later without re-engineering the site.
Please let me know the framework or platform you would use, how you will implement the map component, and any past projects that show you can achieve this standard of finish.
