Summary
I'm looking for an experienced web designer to migrate an existing blog website to Ghost (or a comparable platform). The site is currently live on a Hostinger domain and is built on Firebase.
The site publishes long-form reflections, cultural commentary, and contemplative essays.
Scope of work:
- Migrate the site from Firebase to Ghost(Pro) or a recommended alternative
- Connect the existing custom domain
- Recreate and refine the current design with minor improvements
- Set up backend analytics and interface for writers
- Basic SEO configuration
- Be on retainer for minor issues for 1 month after the project
- Be on retainer after 1 month based on discussed price
The site has a small amount of existing content that will need to be transferred. No e-commerce, no membership tiers, no complex backend requirements.
IMPORTANT: The website should be completed and ready to go live within 5 days.
The site features a reader question submission form — responses are published as blog articles. This form must be carried over to the new site.
