Freelancer Client is hiring: 2026 Cosmoprof Vegas Expo Assistant / Part time job.

Location: Remote

For three consecutive days this July at Cosmoprof Las Vegas I will be showcasing my professional cosmetics line. I need an extra set of expert hands right at the booth so every visitor gets an engaging, hands-on experience.

What you'll do:

• You will focus on two core tasks— explantion of Product. customer interaction. Throughout the show you’ll swatch shades, explain ingredient benefits, answer application questions, and keep the conversation flowing so buyers and distributors feel confident in the range. No heavy setup / teardown duties; the emphasis is purely on demonstrating and connecting.

• Solid knowledge of professional-grade cosmetics, textures, and current beauty trends

• Comfortable speaking with distributor, clinic, salon owners, and beauty press in a busy trade-show environment

• Polished presentation skills and the stamina to stand and interact for long stretches

• Consistent, accurate demonstrations of every SKU in the line

• Collection of basic customer information on my lead sheet or iPad app

• A concise end-of-day recap of frequent questions or feedback so we can fine-tune our pitch next day

• The show runs three days in July (exact dates provided once NDA is signed). Expect to be on the floor roughly 9 a.m.–6 p.m. each day, with short breaks that I cover. A brief virtual orientation and product rundown will be scheduled within the next few weeks so you feel fully prepared before we arrive on site.
