Location: Remote
I’m ready to move forward with a full architectural package for a modern, three-storey independent home on roughly 1,000 sq ft of land. I need complete floor-by-floor plans that make the most of the compact footprint, along with an eye-catching contemporary elevation that clearly communicates materials, massing, and proportions.
Detailed CAD floor plans for ground, first, and second floors (with room dimensions, wall thicknesses, window and door schedules).
At least two façade elevation views plus one 3D perspective render to illustrate the modern look.
A basic site layout showing setbacks and access, scaled to the 1,000 sq ft plot.
PDF drawings for quick reference and the original editable files (DWG / Revit / SketchUp—whichever you prepare in).
