I need a clean, well-organized SketchUp model of an entire residential property. You will receive a recent topographic map that captures the site’s contours; please import this data and build the terrain accordingly.
What you'll do:
• One SketchUp (.skp) file, grouped and layered logically (terrain, main building shell, ancillary features).
• A set of two or three JPG or PNG screenshots that show the model from key viewpoints, just so I can preview your work without opening SketchUp.

Scope of work
The exterior of the main building, driveway, garden zones, and any secondary structures all have to appear at a moderate level of detail—major walls, window and door openings, roof forms, decks, and other primary structural elements should read clearly, but fine textures or interior work are not required.
Deliverables
• One SketchUp (.skp) file, grouped and layered logically (terrain, main building shell, ancillary features).
• A set of two or three JPG or PNG screenshots that show the model from key viewpoints, just so I can preview your work without opening SketchUp.
Acceptance criteria
• Contours must align precisely with the supplied topographic map.
• All geometry kept clean (no stray lines or reversed faces) and scaled correctly.
• File opens error-free in the current SketchUp release.
