We are ready to proceed with the ParcelMaadi project. Before initiating the token payment, please note that the below scope, features, commercial terms, support conditions, ownership terms, and payment structure are final and must be included in the Agreement / SOW.

1. ALL-INCLUSIVE PROJECT COST

The total project cost if is fixed and fully inclusive of:

• Rider App development

• Website / Landing Page development
• Backend APIs and database setup
• SDK/API integration and configuration
• Razorpay / UPI / QR integration
• Google Maps / GPS integration
• OTP / SMS integration setup
• Push notification setup
• Server/backend setup support
• Admin panel deployment support
• Play Store submission support
• App Store submission support
• Testing and bug fixing
• Training and handover
• White-label setup
• Source code handover
No additional or hidden charges shall apply for the agreed scope.
Only new features requested after agreement signing shall be treated as paid work.

• Vehicle details
• Online/offline mode

• Pickup reached status
• Waiting timer
• Parcel picked status
• Delivery completed status
• OTP verification
• Rider earnings view
• Wallet/payout tracking
• Order history
• ParcelMaadi branding only
• No Alphawizz branding

5. ADMIN PANEL REQUIREMENTS

Admin Panel must provide full control for:
• Orders
• Customers
• Riders
• Vehicles
• Pricing
• Platform fee
• Waiting charges
• Zones
• Coupons
• Notifications
• Wallet/payout reports
• Revenue reports
• Excel export
• User access control
• Manual order handling
• Outstation order handling

6. PRICING & WAITING CHARGE LOGIC
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Admin must have control for:
• Vehicle-wise pricing
• Base fare
• Per KM fare
• Minimum fare
• Platform fee
• Surge pricing if supported
• Waiting charge per minute
• Free waiting time configuration
Waiting charge logic must work as follows:
• Waiting timer starts when rider clicks “Arrived”
• Free waiting time applies first
• After free limit, waiting charge per minute applies automatically
• Waiting charge must show in customer bill and admin reports

7. ZONE MANAGEMENT
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Admin must support:
• Zone creation
• City-wise operations
• Enable/disable zone
• Zone-wise pricing
• Future city addition
Default setup required:
• Bangalore zone radius – 10 KM
• Other city zone radius – 15 KM
Admin must be able to edit zone radius anytime.

8. OUTSTATION ORDER FLOW
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
System must support outstation/manual order handling.
Workflow required:
• Customer enters pickup and drop location
• If outside normal service zone, app must identify as outstation/special order
• Customer must see:
“This is an outstation/special booking. Your order has been placed. Rider/vehicle will be assigned shortly within 20–30 minutes.”
• Order must go to admin manual assignment queue
• Admin can edit fare manually
• Admin can assign rider/vehicle manually
• Customer must receive notification after rider assignment

9. PAYMENT INTEGRATION
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Project must include:
• Razorpay integration
• UPI integration
• QR payment support
• Payment confirmation flow
• Payment reports
No separate integration charge shall apply.
ParcelMaadi / HP Enterprise will directly pay only Razorpay transaction charges after launch.

10. GOOGLE MAPS & GPS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Project must include:
• Google Maps integration
• Distance calculation
• Route navigation
• Rider live tracking
• Pickup/drop location mapping
• Address autocomplete
No separate Google Maps integration charge shall apply.
ParcelMaadi / HP Enterprise will directly pay only actual Google Maps usage charges after launch.

11. OTP / SMS SYSTEM
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Project must include:
• OTP login
• SMS verification
• SMS gateway setup
• Authentication flow
No separate OTP/SMS integration charge shall apply.
ParcelMaadi / HP Enterprise will directly pay only actual SMS usage charges after launch.

12. WEBSITE & DOMAIN REQUIREMENTS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
• Website must be created under domain owned by HP Enterprise / ParcelMaadi
• Domain and hosting must be registered in Client name
• Full admin access/control must be provided
• Client must be able to edit content independently
After launch, ParcelMaadi / HP Enterprise will directly handle:
• Hosting renewal
• Domain renewal
• Server bills

13. WHITE-LABEL & OWNERSHIP
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
All deliverables must be fully white-labeled.
There must be:
• No Other logo
• No other name
• No developer branding anywhere
After final payment:
• Full source code must be handed over
• Full ownership rights must be provided
• Admin access must be provided
• Server access must be provided
• Database access must be provided
• API credentials/access must be provided
• No licensing restrictions
• No dependency on Developer or company after delivery

14. DEPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS

Developer must include:
• Android app build
• iOS app build
• Play Store submission support

• Initial production launch support
No separate app upload or deployment charges shall apply.

15. REPORTS & EXPORTS

• Daily reports
• Weekly reports

• Orders export to Excel
• Rider list export
• Customer list export
• Payment reports export

16. ADDITIONAL BUSINESS FEATURES

17. THIRD-PARTY COST CLARIFICATION

ParcelMaadi / HP Enterprise will directly pay only actual third-party renewal/usage costs after launch, such as:
• Apple Developer renewal
• Google Play Developer account if required
• Domain/hosting/server charges
• SMS/OTP usage charges
• Google Maps usage charges
• Razorpay transaction charges
However, all setup, configuration, integration, SDK/plugin work, API connection work, and deployment support related to these services must be included in the agreed project cost.

18. SUPPORT & WARRANTY
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Developer must provide 9 months free post-delivery support and warranty from final launch date.
During this period, Developer company will be responsible for resolving:
• Bugs
• Crashes
• API issues
• Payment issues
• OTP issues
• Maps/tracking issues
• Admin panel issues
• Website issues
• Stability/performance issues
No additional charges shall apply during this support period.
Only new features requested later shall be treated as paid work.

19. PAYMENT STRUCTURE
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
1. Token Amount
₹10,000 after agreement confirmation
2. First Milestone – 50%
After UI/UX completion and working demo of Customer App, Rider App, and Admin Panel basic flow
3. Second Milestone – 20%
After testing, bug fixing, and deployment-ready system
4. Final Milestone – 20%
After Play Store/App Store submission, source code handover, admin/server/database access handover, and final delivery
All payments are strictly linked to successful delivery and acceptance.

20. FINAL CONDITION
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
The above scope, features, support terms, ownership conditions, and payment structure form the complete agreed requirement for the ParcelMaadi project.
Please include all points in the final Agreement / SOW before token payment.
Once confirmed, we will proceed with the token payment.
