Verify and adjust the mobile hamburger / off-canvas menu so it mirrors the desktop version and looks clean on common breakpoints

Here is what I expect:

You’ll work directly in the WordPress Dashboard (Appearance > Menus). Once finished, please let me know so I can test every link and view the menu on both desktop and mobile. If anything needs tweaking I’d like a quick turnaround.
