I need an experienced planning consultant to prepare and submit a Lawful Development Certificate for a commercial site; specifically, I am seeking confirmation that our proposed non-material amendments fall within permitted parameters.
You will review the existing consent, advise on the exact scope that qualifies as “non-material”, draft the supporting statement, complete the LDC application forms, assemble the location and block plans, and lodge everything through the Planning Portal. I can supply original decision notices, approved drawings, and any correspondence already exchanged with the council.
Success for me is straightforward: the council must validate the submission first time and issue the certificate without requests for further information.
