I own a brick-and-mortar jewellery shop and I’m ready to take it online with a dedicated mobile app that feels tailor-made for every customer who installs it. The core idea is personalisation: once a shopper starts browsing, I want the app to recognise their tastes, remember their favourites, and surface new pieces that truly match their style.
User-specific recommendations powered by browsing and purchase behaviour
Customisable profiles where customers can save ring sizes, metal preferences, wish-lists, and special dates
Targeted promotions and offers that show the right discount or collection to the right person at the right time
Access will be restricted to store-managed accounts only, so no social-media or OTP sign-ups—just credentials we generate in-house for each customer we choose to invite. That means a simple, secure email-and-password flow linked to our point-of-sale database (or an equally safe alternative you can suggest).
