Secure Dysphagia Telehealth Platform

Summary

Freelancer Client is hiring: Secure Dysphagia Telehealth Platform.

Location: Remote

I am building a web-based portal that bridges a wearable dysphagia-monitoring device and the clinicians who treat the patient. This will be a dummy site and does not need to be professional at this point. The top priority is clear, two-way communication between patient and clinician, so the experience on both dashboards must be equally intuitive, performant, and secure.

What you'll do:

• Clinicians review trends, adjust diet or exercise plans, send secure messages, and schedule follow-up video calls—all inside the platform.

Requirements:

• Patients log in to see these metrics, receive therapy reminders, and acknowledge alerts.

Benefits & perks:

• The device streams or periodically uploads swallowing logs, symptom flags, and adherence stats.

Skills: PHP, Website Design, Django, MySQL, HTML, Node.js, Web Development, Vue.js, Database Design, API Development

Budget: $30–$250 USD

Original

I am building a web-based portal that bridges a wearable dysphagia-monitoring device and the clinicians who treat the patient. This will be a dummy site and does not need to be professional at this point. The top priority is clear, two-way communication between patient and clinician, so the experience on both dashboards must be equally intuitive, performant, and secure.

Core workflow
• The device streams or periodically uploads swallowing logs, symptom flags, and adherence stats.
• Patients log in to see these metrics, receive therapy reminders, and acknowledge alerts.
• Clinicians review trends, adjust diet or exercise plans, send secure messages, and schedule follow-up video calls—all inside the platform.
• A rules engine triggers notifications when unsafe patterns or missed sessions appear.
• Every interaction, file, and video visit must meet HIPAA-style privacy and consent standards with end-to-end encryption and role-based access.

I expect the following discrete deliverables:
1. Responsive patient and clinician dashboards (equal polish, mobile-friendly).
2. Treatment-plan module with editable exercises, diet notes, and goal tracking.
3. Device-data ingestion API plus a database schema that keeps raw logs and derived trend views.
4. Secure messaging and WebRTC or similar video scheduling.
5. Alert/notification system with configurable thresholds.
6. Audit logging, consent capture, and encryption at rest/in transit.

Modern frameworks (React, Vue, or similar on the front end; Node, Django, or comparable on the back end) are welcome as long as you can demonstrate proven HIPAA-aware architecture—AWS, Azure, or GCP is fine; FHIR compatibility is a bonus.

When you respond, please focus on past work that shows you have already shipped secure telehealth, medical IoT, or comparable data-driven health apps. A concise link or two is plenty; no need for a full proposal at this stage.

Correction: This is a dummy website so it doesnt have to have every component working. My max for this project is $100. Please do not bid if that is too low for you. Thank you!
