Our current focus is expanding our presence within the luxury hospitality sector (4-star and 5-star hotels) throughout Germany. What you'll do:

• Cold Calling: You will actively call our pre-qualified, warm lead lists of premium German hotels. This is a 100% phone-based role.

• Appointment Setting: Using our proven phone scripts and frameworks, you will navigate gatekeepers, hook decision-makers (Hotel Directors, General Managers, Procurement Heads), handle objections, and book qualified discovery calls directly into our calendar.

• CRM Logging: You will track your call outcomes and update lead statuses cleanly in our system after each dial.

• Confirmed Calendar Invites: Successfully booked discovery calls in our calendar, complete with brief notes from your phone conversation.

• Weekly Performance Updates: A brief summary tracking your core phone KPIs (dials, connects, and appointments booked).

• Quality Bar: Appointments must be set with actual decision-makers within the German hospitality sector who show explicit interest in a scheduled conversation. No-show or reschedule rates above 10% will not be accepted.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in B2B cold calling, telemarketing, or phone appointment setting (experience targeting the hospitality or luxury sector is a massive plus).

• Native or fluent German language skills (spoken). Your tone, confidence, and rhetoric on the phone must reflect the premium nature of the luxury hotel industry.

• High energy, thick skin for cold calls, and absolute reliability.

• Experience with cloud phone systems and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).
