I want a start-to-finish partner who can handle the digital design work, on-demand printing, and direct dropshipping to customers, all while keeping inventory virtual and turnaround times fast.
• Design: create eye-catching, print-ready graphics that suit both light and dark fabric variants.
• Printing: use durable, soft-feel methods (DTG or screen printing—whichever keeps colours vivid after repeated washes). Both sides of the shirt must be fully printable.
• Product range: adult unisex crew necks only, available in several colourways bundled under each SKU for easy upsell.
• Integration: connect seamlessly with my Shopify store, auto-sync product listings, mock-ups, stock levels, and real-time tracking numbers.
• Fulfilment: pack each order individually with neutral branding and ship worldwide within the agreed service-level times.
Acceptance criteria
1. At least three initial shirt concepts delivered as print-ready PNG files (300 dpi, transparent background).
2. Live test order fulfilled to a domestic address to verify print quality, packaging, and tracking feed into Shopify.
3. Clear pricing table for base shirt, print costs, and shipping tiers.
4. After approval, automated fulfilment goes live with no manual intervention required on my side.
