Patent Licensing & Graphics Assistant
Summary
Freelancer Client is hiring: Patent Licensing & Graphics Assistant.
Location: Remote
I hold an issued U.S. patent and I’m ready to move it from concept to market. I need a professional assistant who can take the lead on securing licensing agreements and support the venture with solid computer skills and light creative work.
Your core focus will be identifying potential licensees, preparing outreach lists, drafting emails, tracking responses, and helping me negotiate the terms. Experience with patent licensing, market research, NDAs, and contract follow-ups will be invaluable.
Alongside the business side, I also need marketing materials—especially website graphics—to present the invention clearly and attractively. If you’re comfortable producing clean, brand-consistent visuals in tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva, that’s exactly the edge I’m after. Basic website development skills (WordPress or similar) are a bonus, as a simple product site may follow once we land our first serious conversations.
I’ll provide the patent documents, drawings, and existing write-ups. You’ll keep everything organized in shared cloud folders, update a simple progress tracker, and meet with me online once a week to review leads, refine messaging, and plan next steps.
If you’re a self-starter who can blend business development with light design work, let’s talk.
