I'm looking for detailed engineering drawings for a residential composite deck attached to a building, two stories, top 200 sqft, lower deck 600 sqft. lower deck to partially have heavy load (jacuzzi). Both stories to include railing.
Requirements:
• Accurate structural details
• Compliance with local building codes
• Integration with existing architecture
• for permit filing at Kootenai County office
• Ideal Skills and Experience:
• Deck design expertise
• Proficiency in CAD software
• Knowledge of composite materials and structural integrity
