You will be the first human voice they hear, guiding them through a brief, friendly conversation and placing qualified prospects directly onto my calendar.
Here’s how the process works. I drop leads into a shared sheet, along with a quick link to my booking page. Call volume can fluctuate from a handful to several dozen per week, so flexibility is essential. Every contact is made by phone, following the concise script I provide: a personalized greeting, a few simple qualifying questions (age, basic health, coverage interest), and then an invitation to choose a convenient appointment slot. No rates, no policy details—those remain my responsibility.
After each call, leave a short note in the tracking sheet and tag the outcome (Contacted, Voicemail, No Answer, Booked, Not Interested, or Do Not Call). If booked, drop the summary inside the calendar event so I can see exactly what was discussed before we meet.
Deliverables
• Phone each lead promptly, using my script.
• Book qualified prospects directly on my calendar via the provided link.
• Log every outcome in the shared sheet and add a brief call summary.
