We are looking for a proactive, highly organized Arabic-speaking Executive / Personal Assistant to provide flexible business and personal support.

What you'll do:
• Calendar and schedule management
• Coordination and follow-ups
• Online research and task planning
• Organizing priorities and reducing operational workload
• Tracking tasks and preparing summaries
• Administrative and communication support
• Personal reminders, bookings, and lifestyle coordination
• Occasional light LinkedIn or opportunity-tracking support when needed
Requirements:
• Fluent Arabic speaker
