We are looking for a skilled Business Development / Sales Representative (Remote) to handle full-cycle sales for a high-ticket AI automation service targeting service-based businesses.
What you'll do:
• You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting outreach, qualifying prospects, and closing deals for an AI-powered automation solution that helps service businesses improve their lead response, booking, and conversion rates.
• Identify and research potential clients in a specific service-based niche
• Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other channels
• Engage and qualify prospects through conversations
• Present the solution and handle objections
• Close deals and convert prospects into paying clients
• Maintain organized tracking of leads and pipeline progress
Requirements:
• Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or closing deals
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to handle full-cycle sales independently
• Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-ups
• Self-driven and performance-oriented
• Base + commission structure (performance-based)
• Long-term opportunity for consistent monthly income
• Commission per closed client in addition to fixed base pay
