I have a set of detailed plans for the back of a residential property and need that single façade reproduced in Chief Architect. The goal is a photorealistic rendering—accurate textures, realistic lighting, and true-to-plan proportions—so the image can be shared with clients for final design approval.
You will receive the existing drawings in digital format. From those, please build the model (or import, if you prefer) in Chief Architect and deliver a high-resolution still image. A short walkthrough clip would be a welcome bonus, but the core deliverable is the finished photorealistic shot of the rear elevation.
Because only the back of the house is required, focus all detailing—materials, fenestration, landscaping touches, and shadows—on that view. I’m available to answer style or material questions quickly so we can keep revisions minimal.
Deliverables
• Chief Architect project file
• One high-resolution PNG or JPEG of the rear façade (minimum 3000 px wide)
Acceptance criteria: the rendering must match the supplied plans precisely, display lifelike textures and lighting, and require no more than minor color tweaks on first review.
