Project Title:
Sales Strategy + CRM Setup for Nutraceutical Startup (Lead Follow-Up System)
Budget Range:
₹40,000 – ₹2,00,000 (INR) — scope dependent. Strategy-only or strategy + implementation, your proposal decides.
Project Description:
We are a Delhi-based nutraceutical startup with three active sales channels — doctors (B2D), distributors (B2B), and direct consumers (B2C/Amazon). We attend medical expos and trade shows, collect leads, and then watch most of them die because we have no follow-up system.
We have Zoho CRM Standard already subscribed. We have not configured it. We do not have a sales playbook, ICP definition, lead qualification criteria, follow-up cadence, or nurture content. We are starting from zero on process.
We are looking for a sales consultant or RevOps specialist (individual or small team) to either:
Option A — Strategy only:
Design the complete follow-up playbook — ICP for each channel, lead qualification framework (hot/warm/cold), stage definitions, automated cadence (Day 1 WhatsApp, Day 3 email, Day 7 call, etc.), content briefs for each touchpoint, handoff rules, dead-lead criteria, and KPIs. Deliverable: a documented playbook we can hand to any implementer. Expected duration: 2–4 weeks.
Option B — Strategy + implementation:
Everything in Option A, plus full Zoho CRM configuration — three pipelines, lead capture forms, automation workflows, WhatsApp Business integration, email templates, dashboards, and 1–2 training sessions for our team. Expected duration: 4–8 weeks.
Mandatory experience we’re looking for:
• Demonstrable B2B sales process design work (please share 2 examples in your bid)
• Zoho CRM hands-on experience (if bidding on Option B)
• Bonus: pharma, nutraceutical, medical device, or doctor-channel background
What we will provide:
• Access to our existing sales trainer for context
• Founder access for decision-making (no committee bottlenecks)
• Sample expo lead lists, current channel data
• Brand and product documentation
What we will NOT consider:
• Pure CRM implementers offering “Zoho setup” without strategy depth
• Generic digital marketing agencies pitching ads, SEO, or social media
• Lead-generation services selling cold-call lists
• Bidders who haven’t read this brief (please reference “expo lead follow-up” in your first line)
To shortlist your proposal:

2. Share 2 relevant case studies or anonymized client examples
