I need a specialist who can plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram with one clear objective: bringing in qualified leads. You’ll be working with a mix of image, video, and text-based creatives that I will supply or approve, then turning them into high-performing ads inside Meta Ads Manager.
What you'll do:
• Building a lead-gen funnel—from audience research and custom/look-alike setup to compelling ad copy, visuals, and strong calls-to-action.
• Monitoring spend and performance daily, adjusting targeting, placements, and bidding to keep cost-per-lead low.
• A/B testing headlines, creatives, and formats so we quickly learn what resonates.
• Delivering weekly reports pulled from Facebook Business Suite or similar, highlighting key metrics (CPL, CTR, ROAS, etc.) and next steps.
• Exporting the captured leads in CSV format or pushing them directly into my CRM.
• Please outline your experience with Meta’s advertising tools, any successful lead campaigns you’ve run, and a rough timeline for the initial setup plus first optimisation cycle. Let’s turn scrolling thumbs into solid enquiries.
