I need a dynamic spreadsheet that lets me compare three collection scenarios—running our own trucks, outsourcing to a logistics partner, or the mixed approach I currently favour—for 5 L, 10 L, 15 L and 20 L white plastic buckets picked up from cafés, restaurants and other food-service outlets and delivered to local recyclers.

The model must calculate and contrast cost efficiency, speed of collection and environmental impact for each scenario so I can quickly see which route gives the best overall outcome.
