I need a self-driven social-media and digital-marketing executive to take full ownership of our presence on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. The core objective is simple: turn our online visibility into a steady flow of high-quality inbound leads while keeping the brand voice consistent across every touch-point.
What you'll do:
• Strategy & Planning
• Map out a monthly content calendar that aligns with ongoing campaigns and product launches, leaving room for timely, reactive posts.
• Balance proven lead-generation tactics with fresh creative ideas that feel native to each platform.
• Content Creation & Publishing
• Produce scroll-stopping posts (our top content priority), plus supporting reels, stories and captions when they add value.
• Maintain a look, tone and message that are unmistakably ours.
• Schedule and publish content at optimal times, adjusting on the fly as data dictates.
• Growth & Optimisation

Here’s what the day-to-day will look like:
• Strategy & Planning
- Map out a monthly content calendar that aligns with ongoing campaigns and product launches, leaving room for timely, reactive posts.
- Balance proven lead-generation tactics with fresh creative ideas that feel native to each platform.
• Content Creation & Publishing
- Produce scroll-stopping posts (our top content priority), plus supporting reels, stories and captions when they add value.
- Maintain a look, tone and message that are unmistakably ours.
- Schedule and publish content at optimal times, adjusting on the fly as data dictates.
• Growth & Optimisation
- Drive organic reach and engagement first, then funnel the most engaged users toward clear calls-to-action that capture leads.
- Run A/B tests on copy, visuals and posting times, and refine the approach based on real-time analytics.
• Reporting & Collaboration
- Track performance metrics inside Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics or other preferred dashboards, and convert the numbers into insights I can act on.
- Coordinate smoothly with design, sales and product teams so that launches and campaigns hit social channels at exactly the right moment.
Key deliverables each month
1. A detailed content calendar (in Google Sheets or Notion) for all three platforms.
2. All creative assets, ready to publish and organised in shared cloud folders.
3. A performance report highlighting reach, engagement, conversion to leads and recommended next steps.
