I rely on QuickBooks Enterprise for day-to-day accounting and now want to weave Cloud-based AI into that environment. The primary goal is to let an AI layer draw live data from QuickBooks and instantly prepare two core financial reports—Income Statements and Cash-Flow Statements—while also streamlining our monthly bank-reconciliation routine and other repetitive processing tasks.
What you'll do:
• Build or configure a secure connector between QuickBooks Enterprise and the chosen Cloud-AI service.
• Supply clear, step-by-step hand-off documentation so my team can run, tweak, and extend the setup after delivery.

Here’s what I need done:
• Build or configure a secure connector between QuickBooks Enterprise and the chosen Cloud-AI service.
• Map the existing chart of accounts so the AI can pull the right fields and populate Income Statement and Cash-Flow templates with zero reformatting on my end.
• Automate our bank-reconciliation workflow, allowing the AI to match transactions, flag exceptions, and present a clean reconciliation summary ready for sign-off.
• Identify and automate any other manual processing steps that the integration can reasonably handle (e.g., posting routine journal entries or variance alerts).
• Supply clear, step-by-step hand-off documentation so my team can run, tweak, and extend the setup after delivery.
Using Claude Ai but open to other
Acceptance criteria
1. A single-click process inside QuickBooks (or a linked dashboard) that produces accurate, presentation-ready Income and Cash-Flow reports.
2. Bank-reconciliation time cut measurably (target: under 15 minutes per account, subject to test data).
3. All integrations operate within Intuit API limits and follow best-practice security standards.
4. Setup and usage instructions delivered in plain English and verified by a non-developer on my team.
