I need a skilled CNC maintenance technician to get our lathe back into reliable production. The machine is throwing a persistent “NO Oil” alarm along with an “Excess ERR” alarm even though the lubricant level has already been checked and refilled.
Your task is to trace the exact source of these alarms, whether they stem from a faulty sensor, clogged lines, electrical wiring, or a hidden software parameter, and then correct the issue so the alerts clear and the lathe runs through a full test cycle without faulting. A concise report of what was found and the corrective steps you took will complete the engagement.
Experience with CNC lathe lubrication systems, alarm diagnostics, and controller resets is essential. Bring the tools, manuals, or diagnostic software you typically use—speed and accuracy are what I’m after.
