Commercial Parking Layout in AutoCAD
Summary
Freelancer Client is hiring: Commercial Parking Layout in AutoCAD.
Location: Remote
I have a sizeable site earmarked for a commercial-only parking facility and I want the entire circulation logic worked out in AutoCAD from the ground up. The finished drawing must show how cars, motorcycles, and full-size trucks move through, queue, park, and exit without bottlenecks.
What you'll do:
• Stall geometry, counts, and striping that satisfy local standards for all three vehicle classes
• Clear, well-signed entrance and exit points with turning radii checked
• Internal traffic flow that separates truck movements from lighter vehicles where practical
• Pedestrian paths and islands plotted so they do not interfere with manoeuvring space
• 1. A clean, layered DWG (preferably 2018 format or earlier) with dimensions, annotations, and a printable layout sheet set to 1:100.
• 2. A brief PDF explaining design assumptions and any code references used.
• I will provide the site survey, zoning notes, and branding guidelines as soon as we start. Please keep your model organised, name layers logically, and avoid proprietary add-ons so the file opens flawlessly on vanilla AutoCAD. I welcome quick sketches or screenshots during the process so we can lock in the circulation scheme early and minimise rework later.
Skills: CAD/CAM, Building Architecture, 3D Rendering, Civil Engineering, AutoCAD, 3D Design, Building Design, Construction Management
Budget: $50–$120 USD
