Nuclear Medicine Malpractice Expert Witness
Summary
Freelancer Client is hiring: Nuclear Medicine Malpractice Expert Witness.
Location: Remote
I’m an involuntary pro se plaintiff preparing a malpractice action that hinges on the interpretation of nuclear medicine studies, and I need an experienced, board-certified radiologist to step in as my consulting expert before we ever reach deposition or trial.
Your role is to review all relevant DICOM imaging, correlated reports, and the patient’s clinical record, then give me a clear, defensible opinion on standard-of-care issues. I’ll provide secure PACS access along with the full chart; you’ll tell me whether the scan acquisition, processing, and final read met accepted nuclear medicine protocols and where any deviations may have contributed to harm.
Because we’re still in the pre-trial phase, the deliverables are focused on strategy rather than courtroom performance:
Written opinion (with citations to guidelines such as ACR practice parameters).
Annotated key images or screen captures highlighting critical findings.
Skills: Research, Report Writing
Budget: $750–$1500 USD

• A phone or Zoom conference to walk me through your conclusions and help shape interrogatories and expert disclosures.
Turnaround on the written report is two weeks from the moment you receive the full dataset. If additional materials surface, I’ll compensate for add-on reviews at the same hourly rate.
Please respond with your credentialing details, specific nuclear medicine experience, and any prior expert-witness work so I can gauge fit quickly.
