My Amazon seller account needs immediate, hands-on attention to the Seller Performance Feedback section. I’m looking to keep my metrics healthy, push my overall rating upward, and make sure every comment is handled promptly so it never escalates into a performance notification.
What you'll do:
• Audit the feedback dashboard inside Seller Central, flagging anything that can still be removed under Amazon policy or re-classified as product reviews.
• Build a simple spreadsheet (or pull a Business Reports export) showing before/after star ratings, removed comments, and any trends you spot so I can track progress at a glance.

Timing is critical: I’d like to see the first round of clean-up and responses within 48 hours of project start, then a short follow-up report a few days later confirming any removals Amazon processes.
Deliver the responses posted, the removal request log, and the summary report—once those are in hand and the dashboard shows measurable improvement, the job is complete.
