I need my Yeastar S20 PBX set up so that outbound calls flow cleanly without touching anything else already running on the box.
My focus is exclusively on outbound routing:
What you'll do:
• 1. Local and international numbers dial correctly from the handsets on site.
• 2. No existing inbound routes, IVRs, or ring groups are disturbed.
• 3. I receive the concise documentation.

I need my Yeastar S20 PBX set up so that outbound calls flow cleanly without touching anything else already running on the box.
My focus is exclusively on outbound routing:
• Local calls must leave through the correct trunk and follow the national numbering format.
• International calls should route through the same or a different trunk, whichever you recommend for best cost-control and reliability.
I am not yet sure whether I need customised dial patterns or if the standard ones are enough, so part of the job is to review what I have, ask the right questions, and then implement the rules that make most sense. Please plan to do the work remotely through the web interface (or SSH if required) and give me a short hand-over note showing the patterns you entered and how to adjust them later.
The work is complete when:
1. Local and international numbers dial correctly from the handsets on site.
2. No existing inbound routes, IVRs, or ring groups are disturbed.
3. I receive the concise documentation.
