Our dermatology practice is refreshing its digital presence and the goal is a responsive site that feels as polished on a phone as it does on a 4K desktop screen. The overall look should be modern and clean, with animations kept minimal and sleek so that they guide the eye without ever becoming distracting.
Nice to have:
• Acceptance criteria: the site should score 90+ on Google PageSpeed for mobile, pass WCAG AA basics, and work smoothly on all major browsers.
• If anything here isn’t clear, flag it early so we can keep momentum.
Core sections—home, services, team, and patient resources—can follow a standard layout, but I want them enlivened with subtle micro-interactions (think smooth scroll reveals, gentle hover cues, refined page transitions). Load time and smooth performance must stay front-of-mind throughout.
Booking is central to the build. Patients need to move from “Book Now” to confirmation in as few taps as possible, with automated appointment reminders built in and secure payment integration ready at checkout. Doctor selection may arrive later, so structure the code in a way that can accept that module when we’re ready.
A custom, on-brand chatbot should sit in the corner of every page, answering routine skincare questions and nudging users toward booking when appropriate. I’ll provide training prompts and tone guidelines; you wire it up and embed it seamlessly.
