Once a prospect is found, you will reach out through the seller’s preferred messaging app, introduce our free inspection-and-valuation service, answer basic questions and secure a suitable date, time and location for the on-site inspection team.

I need reliable help turning online interest into confirmed vehicle-inspection appointments. Each day you will scan social media, online marketplaces and any relevant public listings for private owners who are trying to sell their cars. Once a prospect is found, you will reach out through the seller’s preferred messaging app, introduce our free inspection-and-valuation service, answer basic questions and secure a suitable date, time and location for the on-site inspection team.
After every conversation you will record the lead, note the agreed slot and keep the seller updated right up to the inspector’s arrival. I already have simple tracking sheets in place, but if you are comfortable working inside a lightweight CRM or can recommend a more robust workflow, I’m open to refining the process together. What matters most is that every lead is logged, every follow-up is prompt, and conversion data is easy to review so we can see exactly which channels are performing.
Deliverables I expect from you:

• Calendar updates that the inspection team can rely on without double-checking
• Weekly summary highlighting show-up rate, completed inspections and any blockers you encountered
