The file is just the original PDF export from my online banking; I’m not sure whether it’s text-based or scanned. I also don’t have a preferred tool, so you’re free to use Adobe Acrobat, a Python script, or any specialised software you find effective, as long as the end result looks identical to the original in resolution, fonts, margins and page count.
