The task centres on building, optimising, and scaling search and (where sensible) display/remarketing campaigns that keep our cost-per-lead low while filling the sales pipeline for upcoming sailings.

Scope of work
• Research and select high-intent keywords and negative lists tailored to cruise holidays.
• Write compelling ad copy and extensions that speak to family and couples’ getaways.
• Structure campaigns and ad groups for clear budget control and easy optimisation.
• Set up accurate conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager and GA4 so every form submission, call, or booking request is captured.
• Launch, monitor, and fine-tune bids, audiences, and creatives, adjusting daily to hit lead targets.
• Provide concise weekly performance reports in Looker Studio highlighting CPL, ROAS, and next steps.

Acceptance criteria
1. Campaigns must go live within five days of asset hand-off.
2. Tracking must record at least 95 % of all genuine leads.
3. Weekly CPL stays within the agreed target range (we’ll define this together before launch).
4. A clear optimisation log is shared so we understand what changes were made and why.

Existing brand guidelines, landing pages, and creative assets will be supplied immediately after onboarding.
