I’m ready to hand over the day-to-day running of my Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts so I can focus on stock and growth. The job covers three core areas:
• Listing products – writing SEO-friendly titles and bullet points, uploading images that meet both marketplaces’ guidelines, and keeping catalog data clean inside Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
• Order processing – confirming orders, arranging pickups, updating tracking, and flagging any fulfilment issues before they escalate.
• Customer service – replying to buyer messages, handling returns or replacements within SLA, and maintaining a healthy seller rating.
Hands-on experience managing both platforms is essential; please highlight campaigns, categories, or KPIs you’ve already handled to show you can hit the ground running. Familiarity with basic tools such as Amazon’s A+ Content manager, Flipkart Ads, and order management dashboards will be a plus.
