I have three–four polished flat design files ready to go and need them converted into a production-ready, headless site. The stack is set: Shopify will drive commerce, Sanity will manage content and marketing pages, and a custom Next.js frontend will tie everything together.
What you'll do:
• Slice the supplied designs into responsive, accessible React components in Next.js.
• Drop in GA4, Google Tag Manager and full funnel tracking so every tap, click and purchase is measurable.
• Designs reproduced pixel-perfect across modern browsers and mobile.

I have three–four polished flat design files ready to go and need them converted into a production-ready, headless site. The stack is set: Shopify will drive commerce, Sanity will manage content and marketing pages, and a custom Next.js frontend will tie everything together.
What has to happen
• Slice the supplied designs into responsive, accessible React components in Next.js.
• Wire those components to Sanity’s GROQ/GraphQL APIs so editors can add pages, hero banners, FAQs, etc.
• Connect the storefront to Shopify’s Storefront API, making sure product search and filtering feel instant and fluid.
• Enable multiple payment options out of the box (Shopify Payments, PayPal, plus any additional gateways you recommend).
• Integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Triumph ERP through their REST/JSON endpoints for real-time inventory, pricing and order syncing.
• Drop in GA4, Google Tag Manager and full funnel tracking so every tap, click and purchase is measurable.
• Ship with Core Web Vitals in the green, on-page SEO best practices baked in, and all pages served over HTTPS with proper security headers.
Coming soon (future phase)
Quote calculators, online bookings and selection wizards will be separate mini-apps. Please architect the codebase so those tools can be embedded cleanly later.
Deliverables
1. Git repo containing the Next.js codebase, Sanity schemas and Shopify theme/app code.
2. Working staging URL on Vercel (or similar) showing design parity with the originals.
3. API linkage to Dynamics/Triumph demonstrated with test data round-trip.
4. Brief deployment & hand-over guide.
Acceptance criteria
• Designs reproduced pixel-perfect across modern browsers and mobile.
• Product search <500 ms, first contentful paint <2 s on 4G.
• Successful checkout with at least two payment methods.
• Orders, customers and inventory syncing into both CRM and ERP.
If you’re comfortable in Next.js, headless Shopify and Sanity, and have wrestled with external ERPs before, this should be a straightforward build. I’m ready to start as soon as we agree on milestones and timeline.
