I’m ready to scale my restaurant’s presence on Zomato and Swiggy and the very first milestone is clear—lift our online visibility and ranking. To get there I need someone who already knows the inside track on these platforms and can combine three levers in a coordinated push: highly-tuned ads and sponsored listings, irresistible promotions and discount campaigns, and sharper menu titles, descriptions and imagery.

What you'll do:

• Create and schedule promotional offers that feel timely rather than gimmicky, tracking their effect on both new and repeat orders.

• Put systems in place for organic review generation—follow-up messaging, loyalty hooks, and tactful responses that nudge ratings upward.

• Deliver a concise weekly report: ranking movement, impression-to-order conversion rate, retention figures, spend vs ROI, and the action plan for the next sprint.

Within the ads interface, audience targeting is the top priority. I want campaigns built around location, cuisine preference, buying history and any other signals that improve relevance while keeping spend efficient. You’ll be free to trial different placements, creatives and bidding strategies as long as each decision is documented and tied back to conversion data.

Beyond paid media I expect you to:
• Redraft menu copy and reorganise categories so signature dishes surface first, keywords match search behaviour, and photos meet platform guidelines for aspect ratio and clarity.
• Create and schedule promotional offers that feel timely rather than gimmicky, tracking their effect on both new and repeat orders.
• Put systems in place for organic review generation—follow-up messaging, loyalty hooks, and tactful responses that nudge ratings upward.
• Benchmark our pricing against local competitors and recommend adjustments that protect margin while remaining attractive.
• Deliver a concise weekly report: ranking movement, impression-to-order conversion rate, retention figures, spend vs ROI, and the action plan for the next sprint.
