Location: Remote
Compensation: Under INR 3,500
We are looking for a creative and execution-focused freelancer to manage social media and digital growth initiatives for a new-age AI-powered finance marketplace.
What you'll do:
• Manage social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
• Create and execute social media strategy aligned with brand positioning
• Handle content planning, copywriting, and creative coordination/design
• Create engaging reels and shorts focused on finance, credit, loans, entrepreneurship, and relatable money-focused content for Instagram and Facebook
• Monitor social conversations and actively engage/comment on relevant posts and trends to improve brand visibility
Requirements:
• Build a strong and consistent brand presence with a modern fintech tone and visual identity
Nice to have:
• Experience managing startup/fintech social media accounts
• Strong understanding of Instagram growth and short-form content
• Good design sense and understanding of premium digital branding
• Experience with influencer outreach and collaborations
• Ability to think beyond generic content and build brand recall

• Create engaging reels and shorts focused on finance, credit, loans, entrepreneurship, and relatable money-focused content for Instagram and Facebook
• Monitor social conversations and actively engage/comment on relevant posts and trends to improve brand visibility
• Identify and execute strategic influencer tie-ups and creator collaborations on a performance/revenue-share basis
• Build a strong and consistent brand presence with a modern fintech tone and visual identity
• Coordinate closely with founders for campaigns, launches, and growth initiatives
Preferred Skills:
• Experience managing startup/fintech social media accounts
• Strong understanding of Instagram growth and short-form content
• Good design sense and understanding of premium digital branding
• Experience with influencer outreach and collaborations
• Ability to think beyond generic content and build brand recall
This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys building brands from scratch and understands startup growth.
