Original
I’m ready to launch a health-and-fitness mobile app whose main purpose is to let users reserve time slots on local sports grounds. The application must run smoothly on both Android and iOS, deliver a polished UI/UX, and be architected for easy feature expansion.
Core flow
• End-users (players) browse nearby grounds, check real-time availability on an interactive calendar, book a slot, and receive confirmation plus push reminders.
• Ground administrators add facilities, set prices, block maintenance periods, and approve or decline bookings.
• Event organizers can create tournaments or leagues and reserve multiple slots in one go.
Technical expectations
• Cross-platform codebase in Flutter or React Native.
• Secure RESTful (or GraphQL) API, cloud-hosted database, and authentication with social log-ins or email/phone OTP.
• Payment-gateway integration for in-app checkout.
• Scalable architecture so we can later add workout tracking or nutrition modules without refactoring.
• Clean, intuitive design that feels native on both platforms.
Scope of work
1. End-to-end development: mobile apps, backend services, and simple web console for admins if it speeds up management.
2. Complete QA, performance optimisation, and store deployment (Google Play + Apple App Store).
3. Handover of source code, build scripts, and environment documentation.
4. Post-launch maintenance and feature support on an agreed milestone schedule.
If you have a proven track record of shipping fitness-related or booking-centric apps and can own the entire lifecycle—from design to store approval—let’s talk and map out the roadmap and timelines.
