Project Description
I am looking for a developer to build a simple QR Code Attendance and Event Check-in web application.
The purpose of the application is to help an event organizer create an event, generate a QR code or check-in link, and collect attendee check-in information through a simple form. The application should be simple, clean, easy to use, and suitable for demonstration on a laptop and mobile phone.
The application does not need a complex login system, payment system, or advanced database. A lightweight solution that is easy to run and demonstrate is preferred.
Required Features
The application should include the following features:
Event Creation
The organizer should be able to create an event.
Each event should include event name, date, time, and location.
The organizer should be able to edit or delete events.
QR Code or Check-in Link
The application should generate a QR code or check-in link for each event.
Attendees should be able to scan the QR code or open the link to access the check-in form.
The QR code should be displayed clearly and be easy to test using a mobile phone.
Attendee Check-in Form
The check-in form should collect:
Full name.
Email address.
Student ID or attendee ID.
The form should be simple and mobile-friendly.
After submission, the attendee should see a confirmation message.
Attendance List
