I’m after a fully developed concept, not just sketches. Please include:
• Mood board illustrating materials, finishes, furniture and lighting references
• 2-3 high-quality rendered perspectives (day and night) showing the lobby from different viewpoints
• Scaled floor plan with furniture layout and lighting positions
• Basic material & lighting specification sheet so my contractor can price accurately
All deliverables can be produced in the software you’re most comfortable with—SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max with V-Ray, or similar—as long as final files arrive in both native and PDF formats.
I can provide existing CAD drawings and site photos once we start. If you’ve worked on corporate lobbies or hotel receptions before, that portfolio material will help me visualise your approach. Let’s create an entrance that feels welcoming, efficient and unmistakably modern.
