We are looking for an experienced Power BI developer to create a professional, executive-level business intelligence dashboard connected directly to our SQL database.
The dashboard should provide comprehensive business insights and advanced analytics for operational management and C-Level reporting.
Scope of Work
The dashboard should include, but not be limited to, the following analytics and reporting capabilities:
Sales Performance Analysis
Sales by branch
Sales by product
Sales by category
Sales by time period:

Comparative analysis against:
Budget targets
Last year performance
Growth percentages and variances
Executive / C-Level Dashboard
A consolidated executive dashboard that provides high-level KPIs and overall company performance, including:
Total revenue performance
Budget vs actual performance

Branch performance ranking
Category contribution analysis
Profitability overview (if applicable)
Trend analysis and forecasting indicators
Performance alerts / underperforming areas
Interactive drill-down capabilities

Due to the sensitivity of business data:
A confidentiality agreement (NDA) may be required before database access is granted
All company data, structures, and business information must remain strictly confidential
Developer is not allowed to copy, share, store, or distribute any company data outside the scope of the project
Access provided will be limited and monitored
Any breach of confidentiality or misuse of data will result in legal action

Complete editable Power BI project/source files
Documentation for the dashboard structure and logic
Data model and DAX measures
Publishing/setup guidance if needed
Knowledge transfer session preferred
Post-Delivery Support
