I need a web developer who can craft a clean, fast-loading company website that speaks directly to our clients and highlights what we do best. The site will serve as our primary online presence—more than a digital brochure, it should feel like a concise portfolio that immediately builds trust and showcases our capabilities.

Acceptance criteria
1. All pages render perfectly on the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge, both desktop and mobile.
2. PageSpeed Insights score of 90+ on mobile and desktop for the Home page.
3. CMS training walk-through (recorded or live) covering how to add a new project and update testimonials.
4. Final hand-off includes theme/files, documentation, and any design assets created.
Timeline: I’d like initial design concepts within one week of kickoff and the full site ready to launch two weeks after approval. If you have a different yet realistic schedule, feel free to suggest it when you respond—quality comes first.
