I run a consulting-focused, service-based business and I’m looking to drive a steady stream of qualified small-business leads through Google Ads. I already have an active account but the campaigns need sharper targeting, stronger creatives, and tighter conversion tracking so I can scale confidently.
What you'll do:
• Build or refine search and, if you feel it’s justified, Performance Max campaigns that specifically speak to small-business pain points.
• Set up end-to-end tracking—Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and conversion goals—so every form fill or call is captured.
• Deliver a concise report outlining the changes made, current KPIs, and next-step recommendations.

• Build or refine search and, if you feel it’s justified, Performance Max campaigns that specifically speak to small-business pain points.
• Craft compelling ad copy and extensions that highlight our consulting value proposition.
• Set up end-to-end tracking—Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and conversion goals—so every form fill or call is captured.
• Deliver a concise report outlining the changes made, current KPIs, and next-step recommendations.
Acceptance criteria
• CPA and CTR benchmarks agreed at project kick-off are met or beaten within 30 days.
• All tracking fires correctly in real time.
• I receive the final optimisation report plus a walkthrough video or live call explaining the results and future scaling roadmap.
