I’m rolling out a series of KPI and quality-improvement initiatives in a healthcare setting and need a Power BI expert who can act as my coach. The goal is to turn raw clinical and operational data into clear dashboards that drive patient-outcome decisions, with a special emphasis on patient satisfaction and treatment effectiveness.
What you'll do:
• Tips on automating refreshes, setting up alerts, and publishing reports securely for clinicians and leadership.
• Insight into industry-standard KPIs and how other organizations have improved patient satisfaction and treatment effectiveness through data.
