Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) Specialist
What you'll do:
• Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) Specialist
• Allocation: Dedicated / Full-Time
• Objective: Own the end-to-end Data Quality management framework for the project, covering data profiling, rules definition, and remediation pipelines across the 8 in-scope data sources.
• Data Profiling & Analysis: Conduct detailed data profiling and analysis for 8 complex data sources (including systems like SAP, Moamalat, Bawaba, etc.) to identify data anomalies and gaps.
• Rules Catalog Development: Collaborate with business stakeholders to define, document, and build a reusable catalog of Data Quality (DQ) rules, thresholds, and issue classifications.
• Remediation & Cleansing Workflows: Design and implement automated data cleansing activities—specifically handling standardization, de-duplication, parsing, and enrichment within the data pipelines.
• Pipeline Integration: Seamlessly embed DQ rules into existing Informatica ETL/ELT pipelines to ensure continuous data health monitoring before data reaches the Curated Lakehouse layer.
• DQ Dashboards: Develop and expose data quality scorecards and monitoring dashboards (using Informatica's built-in capabilities or extracting metrics into BigQuery/Tableau/Looker).
Requirements:
• 5+ years of dedicated data engineering experience, with at least 3+ years specifically focused on implementing Informatica Data Quality solutions.
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end data quality frameworks for large-scale corporate or government projects.
• Knowledge in data management framework (DAHMA or ISO 8000 or any relevant)

Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) Specialist

Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work (SoW):
Data Profiling & Analysis: Conduct detailed data profiling and analysis for 8 complex data sources (including systems like SAP, Moamalat, Bawaba, etc.) to identify data anomalies and gaps.
Rules Catalog Development: Collaborate with business stakeholders to define, document, and build a reusable catalog of Data Quality (DQ) rules, thresholds, and issue classifications.

Handover & Documentation: Build complete data quality technical documentation, metadata mapping logs, and runbooks for the client's internal team.
Technical Skills & Expertise:
Deep expertise in Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) developer tools, or Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS/IDMC) Cloud Data Quality modules.
Exceptionally strong SQL querying skills for data analysis, validation, and profiling across relational and data warehouse environments.
Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, schema designs (Star/Snowflake), and data lake architectures.
Experience handling diverse data formats (structured, semi-structured, API payloads).
Experience & Qualifications:
5+ years of dedicated data engineering experience, with at least 3+ years specifically focused on implementing Informatica Data Quality solutions.
Proven track record of delivering end-to-end data quality frameworks for large-scale corporate or government projects.
