need to update website federaldirectfunding.com with an ai agent that will assist in the app process and a way simplier short term app (will even fill in the slots for you if you talk), adding something showing we are connect to all lenders , and a simple submission of the simplier . we will introduce something new in the MCA industry the idea of flat rate funding . in essence If we have the cheapest rate in funding and everything is flat rate and AI automated (get the deal, send the entire package to me , scan to see what lender will fund that specific deal send that to me and make that process easier )The fact that we are advertising that we are not charging a 12-15% commission + 3% processing, it will be a flat 5% commission and a 2% processing fees, website will send the deal to the lenders directly and send a receipt to me .The AI will be given a separate email so when she is following up on a deal it is differentiated by that email and cc me... The website must have a lead generator on line for MCA deals, loc, term loan, sba, fnf bridge , hard money bridge while reaching out and send it to me copy ....
