I am not knowledgeable in creating smooth transition AI videos or making images come to life. I need this video created. It starts with a voiceover with first and second frame. 3rd frame is a woman talking to the camera. 4th frame is a voiceover close with people hugging outside court. Again, I have all the images and voiceover ready. I need someone who can put this together and make it look professional.
